Longings

My lungs long to breath freshly kissed air.
The sweetness of you shadowing me, warming my skin.
The wealth of your voice sending hope into my ears.
Bring me carefree gaiety, laughter burden less.

I stretch my limbs to reach freedom.
I pour out spirit to find solace.
Take me into the refreshing place that is your embrace.
Shelter me in the intimacy of us.
